A week of learning, visits and connections in professional football

Sports Methodology LAB (KML) has lived an intense and enriching week of work with the international visit of Al Qadisiah and IMG, consolidating an agenda full of meetings, learning and connections within professional football.
A journey through the football ecosystem
During these days, the LAB team has had the opportunity to learn and share experiences with world-class organizations such as:
- The Royal.
- Deportivo Alavés.
- SD Eibar.
- Athletic Club.
- Real Madrid CF
- Atlético de Madrid.
- Spanish Football Federation.
- Basque Government.
- Basque Football Federation.
- Getxo Sports.
This tour has taken the group to the cities of Bilbao, San Sebastian, Madrid, Las Rozas and Getxo. Sharing knowledge at all levels.
During the week, workplaces and learning spaces with different football profiles have been created:
- Sports directors.
- Academies.
- First team coaches.
- Base football technicians.
- Facility managers.
These interactions have made it possible to exchange methodologies, learn about work structures and continue to enrich LAB's vision in different football contexts, from base to high performance.
A group behind everything
In addition to visits, the week has served to give value to the work of the human team that enables such experiences.
