Families, coaches, managers and players united for a safe and positive environment in Navarre women's soccer by the help of Pasa La Bola Neska

Pasa La Bola Neska is a project promoted by the Navarra Football Federation and with the support of Belca, in which Navarra's women's football clubs receive methodology and training with the aim of promoting their integral development.

In what is already the 3rd season since the project was launched and among the different actions that have been carried out, we highlight the awareness days aimed at the integral development of girls in football. These days involve the three essential elements of women's football, designed and taught by Kimet Sport, to address the creation of safe and positive environments in women's sport.

Parents, coaches and managers, as well as the players themselves, separately, were able to participate in different shifts addressing various topics. The players spoke and practiced about the importance of communication and voice within the team. The coaches and managers were presented with protection and conflict management protocols, as well as guidelines on how to deal with these issues. Finally, with the family members, the role they should play in the sports development of their daughters was discussed.

The main objective of this training is to provide players with tools that will enable them to build positive relationships with their teammates and adult figures in football. It helps coaches and managers to create safe and protective environments for their players, while seeking to involve families in the process of their daughters' sports development, offering them guidelines for effective accompaniment. In short, it seeks to create a sports ecosystem where girls can develop in a safe, healthy and happy way.

The initiative began on March 11 and will conclude on March 26, with visits to a total of six localities in Navarra from north to south. On Tuesday, March 11, it was the turn of Azagra and Castejón, while on Wednesday, March 12, it was the turn of Lekunberri and Leitza.

This Thursday, March 20, Pamplona will be visited, while the following week, on March 26, the last session will be held in Tudela.

In the first two days, between players, coaches and family members, more than 200 people have participated and it is expected that in the coming weeks as many more will do so.
