Karate and Customization: Iruka Launches Sport Methodology LAB’s "Tailor-Made" Work Sessions

Sport Methodology LAB (SML) continues to mark milestones on its calendar. This week, a new operational phase was activated: the start of personalized diagnostic meetings.
Iruka Karate Leads the Way
In this first "one-on-one" encounter, the LAB team met with Iruka Karate representatives, Asier Elordui and Xabier Pereda. The session served to get down to business and meticulously analyze the distinct particularities of their discipline.
What Makes These Meetings Different?
Unlike general presentations, these meetings allow the team to:
- Listen to the concrete day-to-day concerns of the club.
- Adapt the methodological model to an individual and technical sport like karate.
- Define lines of work that respect the club's essence while elevating its professionalization.
With this format, the SML demonstrates that its "methodological suit" is not one-size-fits-all, but is tailored to measure for each entity, placing people and clubs at the center of the process.
