PBN begins with the official launch of the PBN KIROLUR Week project

This Tuesday, September 22, the official presentation of the** PBN KIROLUR Week* was held to begin a week dedicated to the growth and development of women's football in Bizkaia.

The press conference brought together representatives of institutions and organizations related to the project, who highlighted the work done in recent years and the importance of continuing to create opportunities for players, clubs and people in Bizkaia women's football.

The event was attended by Gari, driving force behind the PBN project; Carlos Sergio, representing the Provincial Council of Bizkaia; Xabier Arrieta*, of the Athletic Club; Leixuri Arrizabalaga, representing the Federation of Biscay Football.

The presentation made it possible to take stock of the development of the project and to share some data that reflect the growth of women's football in Bizkaia in recent years. In addition, the main activities of this edition of the PBN KIROLUR Week*, to be held from 22 to 27 September, were presented.

One of the key moments will be on Saturday, September 26, with the Gobelan, PBN KIROLUR URBAN-FIELD CUP. It will be a tournament that will bring together 12 clubs and players from the Benjamin, Alevín and Infantil categories, in the form of a joint competition that will combine sport, coexistence and values.

The week ends on Sunday 27 September in Lezama, coinciding with the match between the Athletic Club and Atlético de Madrid.

This presentation will launch a new edition of an initiative that continues to grow. This initiative will continue to promote women's football through training, club participation and collaboration between sports and institutional bodies.
