Sport Methodology LAB Launches Its First Four Pilot Projects

Sport Methodology LAB (SML) is moving at cruising speed. Following initial diagnostic meetings, the laboratory has formalized the launch of its first four methodological projects with key local entities.
🤝 A Multisectoral Ecosystem
The LAB has begun collaborative technical work across four very different disciplines, allowing it to test the versatility of the methodology. The pioneering entities are:
- Natación Getxo
- BGE Fútbol
- Balonmano Romo
- Getxo Rugby
🛠️ What Does the Work Entail?
These pilot projects are not generic. The SML team and the technical managers of each club will work side-by-side to:
- Conduct a deep analysis of their current sporting reality.
- Define specific methodological processes.
- Build digital and organizational structures adapted to their competitive and formative goals.
With this step, the Sport Methodology LAB materializes its purpose: moving beyond being a provider to becoming a strategic partner in the growth of sport in Getxo.
