Sports Methodology LAB joins the technical work of Karate Kushikan

Sports Methodology LAB (KML) continues to expand its scope by incorporating the Karate Kushika discipline.
This discipline combines tradition, technique and personal development with its methodological line of work.
Technical and disciplinary discipline
The Karate Kushikan program is characterized by the following approach:
- Technical work (kihon)
- Execution of forms (kata)
- Controlled combat (kumite)
- Discipline and respect as the basis of learning
LAB has focused on understanding these bases so that methodological processes can be adapted without losing the essence of sport.
Methodological analysis and adaptation
During the meeting with the disciplinary officers, the following work was carried out:
- Analysis of the current training structure
- Progressive organization of technical content
- Proposal for a structured and progressive methodology
- Incorporation of tools for planning and monitoring work
This approach makes it possible to bring the principles of LAB into a context where technical accuracy and individual progression are key.
Tradition and methodology, united
The inclusion of karate in kushika is a further step in the ability of Sports Methodology LAB to adapt to different sporting realities.
