Course aimed at training the coach in stages of performance.

It is a 15-hour course in which topics will be developed so that the technician knows how to implement a personal game model, design training programs oriented to it, training tasks to work on it, team management, analysis and optimization of performance in the competition, assessment of the individual and group performance process, etc.

The Performance Specialist Course in its face-to-face format will be held on Saturday June 2 at the Gipuzkoa Football Federation in Donostia (Paseo Anoeta, 1) with a duration of 15 hours, which are distributed as follows, 10 hoursPresencial hours from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., plus 5 hours in a non-face-to-face format, through tasks / videos that complement the training received and put to the test the knowledge acquired by the students.

The agenda that will be treated in this course is the following:

Methodological criteria for designing a soccer performance model.
Development and Planning of the Game Model and its application to training.
The application of methodological variables in the Heating, the Return to Calm and the PF in stages of Performance.
Design of tasks and training sessions in stages of performance.
The application of methodological variables in the work of Technique and Tactics in stages of Performance.
The PIO Projects (individualized training) in performance stages.
The training of the Game Model in stages of Performance.
All this syllabus will be complemented with a practical part that the student must do online, and in which the following topics are trated:

The analysis of the different game models and their adaptation to training.
Development of training tasks in the different phases of the session in performance stages.
