The training session is the smallest and most basic unit of planning. In them, the work of the contents that we have planned for that session has to be reflected.

Each training session (no day) should not last longer than 120 minutes per session.

And the distribution of the type of work during the session should be done according to the objective, generally, technique, speed, strength, resistance (from greater to lesser need for rest).

The sessions must have an order, and their tasks must be related to each other. For this, the training session must have the following parts:

Description of the session to the players.
Heating, must occupy 2/9 of the total time.
Main part, must represent 6/9 of the total time of the session
Return to calm, 1/9 of the total time.
